Halloween Bowl 2023

This tournament was a special one for the Mambas, who also played a key role in the organization of the event. The result was a highly successful tournament.

By combining the tournament with an official FFL game day, a strong turnout of teams was guaranteed. What followed was far more than a regular game day — it became the largest flag football game day ever held in the Netherlands.

The event took place at the Amsterdam Crusaders field, where four flag football fields were set up. With over 200 players in attendance, the atmosphere was impressive and the day marked a proud moment for the Mambas. Additional highlights included sponsored awards for both the tournament winner and the Most Valuable Player, adding an extra level of prestige to the event.

Although the Mambas have not yet reached the competitive level they aspire to, clear progress was visible throughout the day. The development and growth of the team stood out — a result that Coach Demy will undoubtedly see as the biggest victory of the tournament.
